The 2008 U.S. BANK PPP took place on May 17, 2008. MBSEF would like to thank all the participants, volunteers, sponsors, and the City of Bend and its citizens who made this event possible.

Marshall Greene and Sarah Max, both of Bend, won today's Pole Pedal Paddle in the men's and women's elite fields, respectively.
Zach Violett, of Bend, and Dan Weiland, of Vail, Colo., finished second and third, respectively, in the men's elite.
Amy Peterson-Bond and Taylor Leach, both of Bend, finished second and third, respectively, in the women's elite.
Teams, pairs, and individual participants are composed of recreational and expert athletes competing from Mt. Bachelor to Les Schwab Amphitheater in Bend, Oregon.
The participants alpine ski, cross-country ski, bike, run, canoe/kayak and sprint to the finish! We invite you to take part in the festivities and enjoy Central Oregon.
The Les Schwab Amphitheater area will host a day-long festival of various foods, music, sponsor booths and don't forget, all the cheering and spectating of the PPP participants.
